Oct. 5th marks the centennial of Joshua Logan's (1908-1988) birth.  This gifted director and librettist had a major stage and screen career despite the sometimes crippling effects of manic depression.  The versatile Logan had a hand in creating many hit plays, as well as such musical hits as Knickerbocker Holiday, Annie Get Your Gun and the recently rediscovered classic South Pacific.
